Order Processing

At Kids Seeking the Kingdom Academy, we are honored to provide faith-based resources that encourage children to grow in their relationship with God. Each order is prepared with care and attention to detail.

Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing before shipment. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. During periods of high order volume or unforeseen delays, processing times may be extended. If this occurs, we will contact you via email with updates regarding your order.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated Delivery Time:

    •    Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days after processing

Please note that delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information so you can follow your package's journey to your doorstep.

Worldwide Shipping

We are pleased to ship our products worldwide, helping families everywhere access faith-filled books and resources that inspire children to seek God's Kingdom.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including weather conditions, carrier disruptions, customs processing, or other unforeseen events. We appreciate your patience and understanding. If you have concerns about a delayed shipment, please contact us, and we will gladly assist you.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Kids Seeking the Kingdom Academy is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. However, we want every customer to have a positive experience.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include:

    •    Your order number

    •    Photos of the damaged item(s)

    •    Photos of the packaging

We will review the situation and work with you to determine an appropriate resolution.
